色质联用研究对甲苯磺酸-乙酸酐降解环氧4221固化物 被引量:2

GC-MS study on the degradation of epoxy 4221 cured product by p-toluenesulfonic acid-acetic anhydride

摘要 采用对甲苯磺酸-乙酸酐降解六氢苯酐(HHPA)/3,4-环氧环己烯甲基,-3,4-环氧环己烯酸酯(4221)固化物。由乙酸乙酯提取降解产物得到酯溶性成分,通过气相色谱-质谱分析(GC-MS)对其进行了研究。结果表明,降解产物具有规律性和重复性,特征酯溶性降解产物为羟甲基环己二醇三乙酸酯的同分异构体。本研究为GC-MS快速定性环氧4221的酸酐固化物提供了新思路。 The hexahydrobenzoic anhydride(HHPA)/3,4-epoxycyclohexenylmethyl,-3,4-epoxycyclohexenoate(4221) cured product was degradated by p-toluenesulfonic acid-acetic anhydride. The ester-soluble ingredients were extracted by ethyl acetate from the degradation products and it was studied by GC-MS. The results showed that the degradation products were regular and reproducible,and the characteristic ester-soluble degradation products were the isomers of hydroxymethylolcyclohexanediol triacetate. This study provided a new idea for quickly characterize the anhydride/epoxy 4221 cured produt by GC-MS.
