基于国家方案解读《甘肃省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎中医诊疗方案(试行第二版)》

基于国家方案解读《甘肃省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎中医诊疗方案(试行第二版)》(简称"甘肃方案")。甘肃省2019年气候特色多雨,因此突出湿邪,治疗着重于化热祛湿兼固护脾肺。在甘肃方案中充分发挥中医学"治未病"思想,通过香囊辟邪、足浴养生及食疗、口服汤药等个性化方案突出预防;针对重症患者做到"有故无损亦无损",药物使用具有"狠""准"的特点;充分结合地方特色,将藏药纳入方案,以中成药的形式贯穿于预防、治疗和康复3个阶段。

To interpret Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Gansu Province( Trial Version 2) based on national plan. The year of 2019 has witnessed the rainy climate in Gansu Province,the pathogenic factors of dampness were highlighted thereby,and the treatment focuses on transformation of heat and expelling dampness combined with securing and protecting the spleen and lung. In Gansu plan,we should give full play to the idea of"treating diseases before the onset"in traditional Chinese medicine,and highlight prevention through individualized plans such as wearing sachet to ward off pathogenic factors,foot bath for health preservation,as well as taking food therapy and oral decoction;for severe patients,we should"combat severe disease with drastic medicines". The medication should be "drastic"and "targeted". In addition,we should fully integrate the Tibetan medicines into the plan combined with local characteristics,which is in the form of patent Chinese medicine and runs through three stages including prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.
