Analysis on acupoint selection rules of acupoint catgut embedding for insomnia

目的探讨穴位埋线治疗失眠的选穴规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)和PubMed论文数据库,收集从2000-2017年有关穴位埋线治疗失眠的临床研究文献,并进行筛选,应用Excel、SPSS 18.0统计软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行分析。结果符合纳入标准的78篇穴位埋线治疗失眠的文献中,涉及的经脉以足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经为主;使用频次较高的穴位依次为心俞、肾俞、三阴交、脾俞、内关、足三里;选穴多选取背部腧穴,并配合背俞穴及八脉交会穴;辨证配穴重视心、肝、脾、肾。结论穴位埋线治疗失眠选穴以平衡阴阳、调和气血为主,并配合具有疏肝健脾、养心安神的穴位。

Objective To explore the acupoint selection rules of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for insomnia. Methods Search China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),VIP database( VIP),Wanfang database( Wanfang Data) and PubMed paper database,collected and screened clinical research literature from 2000 to2017 on acupoint catgut embedding treatment for insomnia,applied Excel,SPSS 18.0 statistical software to analyze the literature that met the inclusion criteria. Results In the 78 literature of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for insomnia that met the inclusion criteria,the meridians involved in the treatment of insomnia were mainly Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang,UB,Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin,Sp,and Stomach Channel of Foot-yangming,St. The more frequently used acupoints in turn were Xinshu( UB 15),Shenshu( UB 23),Sanyinjiao( Sp 6),Pishu( UB 20),Neiguan( P 6),Zusanli( St 36),mostly chose acupuncture points on the back,and cooperated with backshu points and confluence points of the eight vessels. Dialectical differentiation adjunct acupuncture points focused on heart,liver,spleen and kidney. Conclusion The acupoint selection of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for insomnia focuses on balance yin and yang as well as harmonizing qi and blood,and cooperates with the acupoints of soothing liver and strengthening spleen as well as nourishing heart to tranquilize mind.
