摘要
查阅相关文献,从补骨脂及其活性成分对骨质疏松症(OP)骨代谢的影响、防治OP模型动物的相关分子机制和对OP相关信号通路的影响等三方面对补骨脂及其活性成分防治OP的实验研究进展进行概述,以阐明其防治OP的作用机制,明确其治疗OP的作用靶点,为临床治疗OP提供科学依据和理论指导。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes psoralen and its active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis( OP) from 3 aspects including the effects of psoralen and its active ingredients on bone metabolism of OP,the related molecular mechanisms in prevention and control of OP animal models and the effects on OP-related signal pathways,so as to clarify its action mechanism in prevention and control of OP and to pinpoint its target in the treatment of OP,and to provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance in clinical treatment of OP.
