Basic Experience and Enlightenment of Chinese Communist Party' National Policy in the New Democratic Revolution Period

新民主主义革命的时间节点是从1919年到1949年。自中国共产党成立之初,就开始对中国民族问题进行不断探索。新民主主义革命时期,在马克思列宁主义指导下,中国共产党带领中国各族人民从帝国主义和封建势力的枷锁下获得解放。中国共产党在反帝反封建革命斗争中,通过调查研究中国民族问题,逐步形成一系列正确的民族政策,这些政策有效动员和组织了各族人民投身反帝反封建斗争,最终取得了新民主主义革命的胜利。为此,本文分别就统一奋斗目标:实现民族独立和人民解放;建构现实路径:尊重和保障少数民族的权益;强化组织领导:积极开展和组织少数民族工作;坚持制度创新:建立和实施民族区域自治等问题进行分析和论述。期冀能为新民主主义革命时期中国共产党民族政策的基本经验及启示在当下的延续性发展和创新性发展,特别是能对铸牢中华民族命运共同体意识提供有价值的参考。

The New Democratic Revolution began in 1919 and ended in 1949.Since its founding in 1921,the CPC has begun to explore the Chinese national issues.During the New-Democratic Revolution,under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,the Communist Party of China led the people of all ethnic groups in China to be liberated from the shackles of imperialism and feudal forces.During the arduous struggle against imperialism and feudalism,the Communist Party of China gradually formed a series of correct national policies by investigating and studying Chinas national problems.These policies effectively mobilized and organized the people of all nationalities to join in the struggle against imperialism and feudalism,and finally won the victory of Chinas new democratic revolution.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of unifying the goal of struggle,realizing national independence and peoples liberation,constructing realistic paths,respecting and protecting the rights and interests of ethnic minorities,strengthening organizational leadership,actively carrying out and organizing the work of ethnic minorities,insisting on system innovation,establishing and implementing regional ethnic autonomy,and so on.It is hoped that it can provide a valuable reference for the continuous and innovative development of the national policy of the Communist Party of China during the new democratic revolution,especially for the construction of a community with a shared future for the Chinese nation.
