摘要
通过数值模拟方法,针对采用侧送下回通风方式的呼吸科诊室,研究分析其在不同季节工况下,患者说话所产生的微生物污染物的运动分布特性。结果发现:冬、夏季工况中诊室内微生物污染物的空间分布有较大差异。污染物与夏季送风气温差较大,在浮升力作用下可运动到诊室高处,而冬季的送风气流由于自身温度较高,漂浮在诊室上部空间,使污染物聚集在送风气流以下高度,导致就诊区域及呼吸高度水平面上的微生物污染物浓度冬季高于夏季。
The numerical simulation analysis on the dispersion and distribution of microbial pollutants generated by patient’ s speech in the respiratory clinic with side-supply and low-return system in different seasons was present. The results show that the spatial distribution of microbial contaminants in the consultation room was different in winter and summer conditions. Under the action of buoyancy, the pollutants can move to the upper part of the consulting room, while the air supply in winter due to its higher temperature, floating in the upper space of the consulting room, and make the pollutants gathered at the height below the airflow, which leads to the concentration of microbial contaminants in the area of the visit and the level of breathing height is higher in winter than in summer.
