双黄连口服液或者联合雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效和安全性的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution or it Combined with Ranitidine in the Treatment of Oral Ulcers

目的:评价双黄连口服液或者联合雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识平台、维普期刊平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sino Med)、Pub Med和Cochrane Library检索双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床RCT研究,由2名研究者对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据资料提取,再使用Rev Man 5. 3对文献质量进行评估,符合Meta分析标准的进行分析。结果:共检索出241篇文献,通过筛选最终纳入46篇文献,纳入文献总体质量一般。研究结果显示双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁的总有效率优于雷尼替丁单用,双黄连口服液的总有效率低于雷尼替丁;在临床症状消失时间(疼痛、溃疡)、免疫细胞水平(白细胞、淋巴细胞)降低、复发率和疼痛VAS评分方面,双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁优于雷尼替丁;在不良反应发生情况方面,双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁的安全性优于雷尼替丁。结论:双黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效和安全性优于雷尼替丁。鉴于各个研究使用不同的疗效判断标准,缺乏统一的疗效判断标准,质量较低,因此,对于黄连口服液联合雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡的真实疗效还需更多高质量、大样本的临床研究去验证。

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers. Methods: In China Knowledge Network( CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Platform,Weipu Journal Platform,China Biomedical Literature The service system( Sino Med),Pub Med,and Cochrane Library,the clinical RCT study of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine was retrieved in the treatment of oral ulcers. Two researchers screened and retrieved the retrieved literature,and then used Rev Man 5. 3 to evaluate and analyze the quality of the literature in accordance with the Meta-analytical criteria. Results: A total of241 articles were retrieved,and 46 articles were finally selected through screening,and the overall quality of the literature was ordinary. The results showed that the total effective rate of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine were better than those of that of ranitidine,but the total effective rate of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid was lower than that of ranitidine. The disappear time of clinical symptoms( pain,ulcer),immune cell level( white blood cell,lymphocyte) reduction,recurrence rate and pain VAS score of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine was better than ranitidine in single use. In terms of adverse reactions,Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Ranitidine Ding was safer than ranitidine. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy and safety of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers is better than ranitidine in single use. Because of the different criteria for efficacy used in each study,recent studies are lack of uniform criteria and have the low quality. Therefore,more clinical researches with high-quality and large-samples are needed to verify the effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcer.
