理解技术民族主义:集体记忆、身份认可与国际竞争——基于联想5G投票事件的观察 被引量:3

摘要 技术民族主义作为民族主义的一个分支,其社会影响逐渐扩大。联想5G投票事件作为一个社会热点,折射出中国社会中技术与民族主义的互动关系。溯源中国的技术民族主义,可知其是中华民族的共同历史经历、民族发展诉求和全球化变迁下的产物。剖析联想投票事件这一案例可知,技不如人所遭受的民族性精神创伤形成的"集体记忆"、大众对引领国家发展的民族企业的"身份认可"、全球化进程中以技术为基石的"国家竞争",三者构成理解中国技术民族主义的关键维度。当技术成为中国崛起之基石,把握技术发展在开放与自主之间的平衡,才是实现民族复兴与国家富强之途。 As a branch of nationalism,technical nationalism has gradually expanded its social influence.The Lenovo 5 G voting incident,as a hot point of public opinion,reflects the interactive relationship between technology and nationalism in the Chinese society.Tracing back to technical nationalism in China,we can see that it is the product of the common historical experience of the Chinese nation,national development aspirations and changes of globalization.From the case of the Lenovo voting incident,we can see that the"collective memory"of the national trauma caused by the relatively weak technology,the"identity"of the national enterprises in the public perception to lead the development of the country and the technology-based"international competition"in the process of globalization constitute a key dimension to understand technical nationalism in China.When technology becomes the cornerstone of China’s rise,striking a balance of technological development between openness and autonomy is the way to achieve national rejuvenation and prosperity.
