组态视角下“互联网+”居家养老服务满意度影响因素构型研究

Study on Factors Influencing Service Satisfaction of “Internet+” Home Care for the Elderly from Perspective of Configuration

基于微观调研数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析法对"互联网+"居家养老服务满意度的影响因素及其组态构型进行研究,结果显示"互联网+"居家养老服务满意度主要受个体特征、服务特征、养老资源配置、信息平台建设和数据库系统建设五大要素影响;产生高服务满意度的条件组态有五种,单项条件高养老资源配置和高数据库系统建设的作用最为关键;导致低服务满意度的条件组态有四种,单项条件低服务特征的影响最为明显。

Based on micro-survey data,by using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method the article studies the influencing factors and configuration of"internet+"home care service satisfaction.The results show that the satisfaction of"internet+"home care service for the elderly was mainly influenced by the five major factors of individual characteristics,service characteristics,pension resource allocation,information platform construction and database system construction;there were five configurations that generate high service satisfaction of"internet+"home care for the elderly,and the role of high pension resource allocation and high database system construction was the most critical ones;there were four configurations that led to low service satisfaction,and the impact of low service characteristics was the most obvious one.
