摘要
本文以2008-2016年中国家族上市公司为样本,研究家族决策权配置对多元化战略的影响,并检验冗余资源的调节效应。研究发现:"家族-家族"决策权配置不利于多元化战略实施,"家族-职业"决策权配置有助于多元化战略实施,"职业-家族"决策权配置不利于多元化战略实施,"职业-职业"决策权配置对多元化战略实施没有影响。进一步研究表明:冗余资源弱化了"家族-家族"决策权配置与多元化战略的负向关系,冗余资源弱化了"家族-职业"决策权配置与多元化战略的正向关系,冗余资源强化了"职业-家族"决策权配置与多元化战略的负向关系。
Based on the sample of Chinese family listed firms from 2008 to 2016,this paper studied the impact of family decision right allocation on diversification strategy and the moderating effect of slack resources.The research finds that,"family-family"decision right allocation and"occupation-family"decision right allocation are both negatively correlated with diversification strategy,and"family-occupation"decision right allocation is positively correlated with it,while"occupation-occupation"decision right allocation has no significant impact on diversification strategy.Further research finds that,slack resources have weakened the relationship between diversification strategy and"family-family"decision right allocation,also"family-occupation"decision right allocation,but it has strengthened the negative relationship between"occupation-family"decision right allocation and diversification strategy.
