在校医学生对心脏性猝死知识的认知情况调查

Investigation on Cognition of sudden cardiac death among medical students

目的调查在校医学生对心脏性猝死(SCD)知识的认知情况,了解SCD教学培训中的弱点,提出改进意见。方法采用方便抽样调查方法,对河南省某高校临床医学专业四年级学生进行SCD知识问卷调查。问卷内容包括SCD预防、早期诊断、急救处置三个维度。使用SPSS 22.0对数据进行t检验、秩和检验、χ^2检验等统计学分析。结果共回收有效问卷98份。医学生SCD认知调查(满分24分)平均得分为(13.10±2.30)分。各维度得分由高到低分别是急救知识(5.01±1.10)、预防知识(4.79±1.25)和早诊知识(3.30±1.30);其中在早诊方面,女生得分(3.50±1.26)高于男生(2.91±1.31),差异具有统计学意义。有63(64.29%)人未接受过SCD培训;有92人(93.88%)表示非常愿意参加SCD相关培训。结论医学生对SCD认知不足,尤其在SCD预防、早诊方面急需加强。迫切需要持续开展专向培训,这对提高医学生SCD认知水平,培养其成为早期医疗系统工作人员很有必要。

Objective To investigate the awareness sudden cardiac death(SCD) among medical students, to analyze the insufficiency of teaching and training on SCD, and to put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods With convenience sampling method, fourth-year clinical medical students in a university in Henan province were selected for a questionnaire survey on the knowledge of SCD. The questionnaire included the prevention, early diagnosis and emergency management. SPSS22.0 was used to perform statistical analysis such as t-test, rank-sum test and chi-square test. Results Total of 98 were collected, with an effective response. Mean score regarding the awareness and knowledge of SCD among the medical students(full score 24) was(13.10±2.30). From high to low, the scores of each dimension were emergency management knowledge(5.01±1.10), prevention knowledge(4.79±1.25) and early diagnosis knowledge(3.30±1.30). Sixty-three(64.29%) had no experience SCD training;Ninety-two(93.88%) said they were very willing to participate in training related to SCD. Conclusion Medical students are not aware of the knowledge of SCD sufficiently, especially the knowledge of the prevention and early diagnosis need to be improved. There is an urgent need for continuing specialized training, which is necessary to improve the awareness SCD among medical students and train them to be early medical system workers.
