PM+ALND治疗早期乳腺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer by PM+ALND

目的探讨乳腺区段切除联合腋淋巴结清扫术(PM+ALND)治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析近三年郑州市第三人民医院100例早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料。根据治疗方法分组,行乳腺癌改良根治术者纳入对照组(50例),行PM+ALND术者纳入研究组(50例)。比较两组疗效。结果术后1年时,研究组QLSBC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年时,研究组生存率、复发率及远处转移率为92.00%、4.00%、12.00%,对照组则为88.00%、6.00%、16.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌治疗中应用PM+ALND不会给生存率、复发率及远处转移率造成不利影响,且可改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of segmental mastectomy combined with axillary lymph node dissection(PM+ALND) in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital in recent three years were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment method, the patients receiving modified radical treatment of breast cancer were included in the control group(50 cases), and those receiving PM+ALND were included in the study group(50 cases). The two groups were compared.Results One year after the operation, the QLSBC score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). At 1 year after surgery, survival rate, recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were 92.00%, 4.00% and 12.00% in the study group, while 88.00%, 6.00% and 16.00% in the control group, showing no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PM+ALND in the treatment of early breast cancer will not adversely affect the survival rate, recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
