摘要
导管架滑移下水装船前,通常需要大型浮吊船协助下水摇臂吊装移位。这种移位方法不仅投入成本较大,而且增加了船舶靠泊及施工的危险。随着滑移下水导管架安装作业的逐年增加,研究一种既安全高效又能降低施工成本的摇臂移位技术成为工程项目的迫切需求。导管架下水的摇臂千斤顶移位技术是通过布置辅助工装,利用多个千斤顶协同完成下水摇臂移位,为下水驳船摇臂移位问题提供了较好的解决方案。
A heavy floating crane is usually needed to assist in lifting and displacing the launching rocker before loading the jacket on a barge.This method not only costs more,but also increases the risk of berthing and construction.With the increasing installation operations of launching jackets year by year,it is an urgent need for engineering projects to study a kind of rocker displacing technology which is safe,efficient and cost saving.This displacing technology using jacks for jacket launching rocker arranges the auxiliary tools and applies several jacks in cooperation to fulfill the rocker displacing,which provides a better solution for rocker displacing.
