摘要
带压封堵技术是一种在管道不停输状态下处理管道穿孔、改线和抢修等问题的方法。首先简要介绍了带压封堵基本原理和各工序检查项目,而后以南堡油田新PG2外输油管道不停输带压封堵施工项目为案例,详细论述了带压封堵施工要点质量控制要素,包括开孔位置确认、最高可施焊压力计算、三通安装、严密性试压、带压开孔、带压封堵、新旧管道连头、管道解封、安装盲板等内容。实践表明,管道带压不停输封堵技术有利于环保和稳定生产能力,具有操作安全性高、经济性较好等优点,为集输管道安全运行提供了有力保障。
Under-pressure plugging without stopping pipeline operation is a technology to deal with problems such as pipeline perforation,rerouting and repairing.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the basic principle of this technology and the inspection items of each process.Secondly,it takes the new PG2 oil pipeline construction project in Nanpu Oilfield as a typical application example of the under-pressure plugging technology to discuss the quality control key points,including confirmation of hole opening position,calculation of pipeline applicable welding maximum pressure,tee installation,tightness test,under-pressure hole opening and plugging,connection of new and old pipelines,pipeline deblocking and blind plates installation.The engineering practice shows that the under-pressure plugging technology of pipelines is beneficial to environmental protection and production capacity increasing,and has the advantages such as high operational safety and good economical effect.This technology provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of gathering and transportation pipelines.
