石油化工工程工艺管道高效施工全过程创新管理研究

Innovative whole process management for highly efficient construction of process pipelines in petrochemical engineering

面对当前石油化工工程规模大、工期短、施工管理难度高、施工交叉作业多等特点,采用传统工艺管道施工管理模式,工程将不能按期完工。在传统管理模式基础上,从管理内容、管理流程、管理应用以及管理效率四个方面进行创新,形成工艺管道高效施工全过程管理模式。经实践应用,在计划提报、采购、出入库、施工、焊接、技术员工作、试压技术工作、交工资料编制等方面能够显著提升效率,对石油化工施工企业工艺管道施工具有借鉴意义和应用价值。

Facing the factors of large scale,short construction period,difficult construction management and multiple construction cross-operations in petrochemical engineering,if adopting the traditional process pipeline construction management mode,the project will not be completed on schedule.Based on the traditional management mode,the innovations are made from four aspects:management content,management process,management application,and management efficiency to form the whole course management for highly efficient construction of process pipelines.The practical application shows that the innovative management can significantly improve efficiency in the aspects of plan submitting,procurement,warehousing,construction,welding,technician work,pressure test technical work and compilation of handover information.which has the reference significance and application value for the process pipeline construction of petrochemical construction enterprises.
