摘要
我国在役油气管道总长度已超过13×104 km,由于服役环境、地质条件、杂散电流、施工缺陷、第三方人为破坏等原因,管道可能出现多种类型的管体缺陷,造成结构强度和承压能力下降,给管道的正常输送带来了安全隐患。主要介绍了在役管道管体缺陷修复行业标准SY/T 6649—2018《油气管道管体缺陷修复技术规范》标准主要内容,对标准中核心内容进行解读,并与国家标准GB/T 36701—2018《埋地钢质管道管体缺陷修复指南》的差异进行分析,最后对管道修复技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
In China the total length of oil&gas pipelines in service has exceeded 13×104 km.Due to the service environment,geological conditions,interference current,construction defects,third party damage and other reasons,pipelines may have various types of pipe defects,resulting in structural strength and compressive capacity decline,which brings potential safety hazards to the normal transportation of pipelines.This paper mainly introduces the main contents of SY/T 6649—2018"Technical specification for defect repair of oil&gas pipeline",interprets the core contents of the standard,and analyses the differences with GB/T 36701—2018"Guideline for defect repair of buried steel pipelines".Finally,the development trend of pipeline repair technology is prospected.
