摘要
装配式建筑的BIM应用能力,对装配式建筑的发展与建筑工业化至关重要。本文结合装配式建筑的特点,提出了BIM应用能力的概念,运用生命周期理论,构建一种基于灰色聚类的BIM应用能力评价模型。首先在梳理分析相关文献的基础上,结合专家意见建立了包含设计阶段、生产运输阶段、施工装配阶段和运营维护阶段4个一级指标以及21个二级指标的装配式建筑BIM应用能力评价体系;其次利用熵权法计算各指标的权重;然后运用灰色聚类法确定BIM应用能力等级;最后结合装配式建筑项目进行实证分析。结果表明该模型能够有效识别装配式建筑的BIM应用能力等级,验证了该模型的合理性和有效性,并为进一步加强和提升装配式建筑的BIM应用能力提供借鉴。
The BIM application capability of prefabricated buildings is critical to the development of prefabricated buildings and the realization of building industrialization.Combined with the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,this paper proposed the concept of BIM application capability,and constructed a BIM application capability evaluation model based on grey clustering and life cycle theory.Firstly,combining relevant literature analysis and expert opinions,this paper established the BIM application capability evaluation system for prefabricated buildings,which included four first-level indicators of design phase,production and transportation phase,construction and assembly phase,operation and maintenance phase and 21 second-level indicators.Secondly,this paper used the entropy weight method to calculate the index weights,and then utilized the grey clustering method to determine the BIM application capability level.Finally,an empirical analysis was carried out with the prefabricated construction project.The results show that the model could effectively identify the BIM application capability level of prefabricated buildings,which verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.The model could provide reference for further strengthening and improving the BIM application capability of fabricated buildings.
