深基坑施工对紧邻地铁车站安全的影响 被引量:11

摘要 由于地铁对经济的拉动效应,地铁沿线及车站附近往往在建或拟建大量高层建筑,其深基坑开挖可能会对紧邻地铁车站的安全运营造成影响。本文以武汉地铁光谷五路站及紧邻的线网中心大厦工程项目为背景,以分析基坑开挖引起的紧邻地铁车站结构的变形和附加应力为目的,使用FLAC 3D有限元软件计算了深基坑施工对紧邻地铁车站新增位移和附加应力的影响,并结合现场监测数据验证了数值计算结果的可靠性。计算结果显示地铁车站的位移主要由基坑开挖产生,而地下室结构的回填修筑对地铁车站结构的位移影响较小;基坑施工所导致的地铁车站的最大水平侧向位移数值结果为1.75 mm,实测结果为1.81 mm;最大竖向隆起量数值结果为0.93 mm,实测结果为1.02 mm;基坑施工诱发紧邻地铁车站结构的最大应力增量可以控制在3.5kPa以内。 Due to the promotion effect of subway on the economic,a large number of high-rise buildings are under construction or planned to be built along the subway line or near the station,and the excavation of deep foundation pit may affect the safe operation of the adjacent subway station.Taking Wuhan Optical Valley Fifth Road subway station and the adjacent line network center project as reference,this paper analyzes the deformation and additional stress of the adjacent subway station structure caused by the excavation of foundation pit,using FLAC 3D finite element software is used to calculate the influence of the deep foundation pit construction on the new displacement and additional stress of the adjacent subway station,and the reliability of the numerical calculation results is verified by combining with the field monitoring data.The results show that the displacement of the subway station is mainly caused by the excavation of the foundation pit,while the backfill construction of the basement structure has little influence on the displacement of the subway station structure.The maximum horizontal lateral displacement of the subway station caused by the foundation pit construction is 1.75 mm,the measured result is 1.81 mm;the maximum vertical uplift is 0.93 mm,the measured result is 1.02 mm;the maximum stress increment induced by the foundation pit construction can be controlled within 3.5 kpa.
