西藏脱贫攻坚成果及防止返贫探究

Research on the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation in Tibet and prevention of Poverty Return

党的十八大以来,西藏自治区党委、政府在以习近平同志为核心的党中央正确领导下,深入贯彻习近平总书记精准扶贫、精准脱贫重要思想,把打赢脱贫攻坚战作为坚持以人民为中心发展思想的重大政治任务、作为头等大事和第一民生工程、作为全面建成小康社会的底线任务和刚性目标,按照"六个精准""五个一批"的要求,坚持脱贫攻坚统揽经济社会发展全局,截止目前取得了阶段性成果。为了进一步巩固脱贫成效,防止出现返贫现象,课题组成员围绕西藏脱贫攻坚成果和防止返贫这一主题,通过实地查看、座谈交流、入户调查等形式开展了充分调研,为坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战提出对策建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,the Party Committee and government of Tibet Autonomous Region have fully implemented the important thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping on targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,made winning the battle against poverty a major political task,a top priority and the number one project to improve people’s well-being in upholding the people-centered development philosophy,as well as the bottom-line task and the rigid goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all.respects.In accordance with the requirements of"six targets"and"five targets in one batch",poverty alleviation has been carried out in the overall direction of economic and social development,making initial achievements so far.To further consolidate poverty alleviation and prevent the return of poverty,members of the research group have focused on the achievements of poverty alleviation and prevention of poverty return in Tibet,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to resolutely win the battle against poverty after field visits,discussion and exchange,household surveys and other forms of research.
