肛肠外科病房应用疼痛护理管理的效果分析

目的 分析疼痛护理管理在肛肠外科病房中的应用效果.方法 抽取2018年4月-2019年4月该院肛肠外科病房收治患者86例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规护理管理,观察组疼痛护理管理,对比管理效果.结果两组患者未经护理管理前,疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者经疼痛护理管理后,12 h内疼痛评分(4.77± 1.02)分、24 h内疼痛评分(2.01±0.48)分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 肛肠外科病房患者实施疼痛护理管理效果更佳,能够减轻患者痛楚,值得应用推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of pain management in anorectal surgery ward.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,86 patients admitted to the anorectal surgery ward of the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,control group routine nursing management,observation group pain nursing management,and comparison of management effects.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain score between the two groups of patients before nursing management(P>0.05).After pain management in the observation group,the pain score within 12 hours(4.77±1.02)points and the pain score within 24 hours(2.01±0.48)points,significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain care management is better in patients with anorectal surgery ward,which can alleviate the pain of patients and is worthy of application and promotion.
