摘要 当前,在我国人们生活水平不断提升的背景下,对医院服务质量也提出了更高的要求,医患纠纷成为当前主要的社会矛盾之一.因此提高医院医务工作者技术水平、职业道德,解决医患纠纷,促进社会和谐、稳定、发展是目前临床、社会高度关注的内容.转型视角下将医患矛盾作为医院的主要问题,从根源上处理问题,制定合理、科学的人力资源管理方案、制度,提高医院人力资源管理水平和质量,为医院发展、生存奠定良好的基础. At present,under the background of the continuous improvement of people's living standards in our country,higher requirements have been imposed on the quality of hospital services,and doctor-patient disputes have become one of the main social contradictions at present.Therefore,improving the technical level and professional ethics of hospital medical workers,resolving doctor-patient disputes,and promoting social harmony,stability,and development are the contents of high concern in the current clinical society.From the perspective of transformation,treat the contradiction between doctors and patients as the main problem of the hospital,deal with the problems from the root,formulate reasonable and scientific human resource management programs and systems,improve the level and quality of hospital human resource management,and lay a good foundation for the development and survival of the hospital.
