社会经济的发展提高了人们的生活质量,为了满足人们提高的医疗服务第一需求,医护工作必须利用有效的措施来提升工作质量.尤其是对于护理工作来说,在现代化的发展过程中传统的护理工作方式暴露出许多问题,已经无法满足现代医疗工作的发展需求,甚至有可能造成医患矛盾的发生.基于此,该文对护理管理工作展开了分析和研究,从五常法在院前急救护理管理中的应用入手,探讨提升院前护理管理水平的发展策略.

Social and economic development has improved people's quality of life.In order to meet people's first need for medical services,medical care must use effective measures to improve the quality of work.Especially for nursing work,traditional nursing work methods have exposed many problems in the process of modernization development,and have been unable to meet the development needs of modern medical work,and may even cause contradictions between doctors and patients.Based on this,the analysis and research of nursing management work was carried out,and the development strategy of improving the level of pre-hospital nursing management was discussed starting from the application of the five regular methods in pre-hospital emergency nursing management.
