The Problems and Countermeasures of Nursing Students'Orthopedics Practice Teaching in the New Situation

目的 研究新形势下护生骨科实习带教面临的问题,分析问题原因并探讨骨科带教的新思路,以提高临床带教水平.方法 该次研究样本选取时间为2017年3月-2019年3月,研究对象为于该院骨科进行实习的80名护生,采用随机分配法,将80名护生分别成立两组,即对照组与实验组各40名,对两组护生均实施为期2个月教学课程,其中,对照组护生应用普通教学方法,而实验组护生则实施多种教学模式,将两组护生期末考试成绩进行对比,分析其特点,总结新形势下,骨科护生教学中面临的问题,并对其制订相应解决对策.结果 实验组护生考试成绩,明显优于对照组;对照组教学满意度为80.00%,实验组教学满意度为95.00%,实验组具有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对骨科护生教学形式在普通教学方法上做出适当调整能有效提高护生在实习期间对相关专科护理技能及知识的掌握程度.

Objective To study the problems faced by nursing students in orthopedic practice teaching under the new situation,analyze the causes of the problems and explore new ideas for orthopedic teaching,in order to improve the level of clinical teaching.Methods The sample of this study was selected from March 2017 to March 2019.The research object was 80 nursing students who practiced in the orthopedics department of the hospital.Using random allocation method,80 nursing students were divided into two groups,that is,the control group and the experimental group each had 40 cases.Two-month teaching courses were implemented for the two groups of nursing students.Among them,the control group nursing students applied ordinary teaching methods,while the experimental group nursing students implemented multiple teaching modes,compare the final exam results,analyze their characteristics,summarize the problems faced by orthopedic nursing students in the new situation,and formulate corresponding solutions.Results The test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The teaching satisfaction of the control group was 80.00%,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%.The experimental group had a significant advantage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriate adjustments should be made to the teaching methods of orthopedic nursing students in general teaching methods,which can effectively improve the degree of nursing students'mastery of related specialized nursing skills and knowledge during the internship.
