摘要
目的 讨论重症肝炎患者的消毒隔离及护理干预的教学研讨.方法 纳入90名2018年2月-2019年2月该院新入职护士开展研究,按随机排列法选出45名列为对照组:传统教学法;剩余45名列为研究组:CBL(以病例为基础)联合PBL(以问题为基础)教学法;比较两组教学效果.结果 两组理论及操作成绩对比,研究组均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组满意率为95.56%,比对照组77.78%高(P<0.05);两组采取相应的消毒隔离及护理干预后患者均未发生感染.结论 CBL联合PBL教学相对传统教学来说,更适合重症肝炎患者的消毒隔离及护理干预的教学,可提高护理人员对知识的掌握程度,加强操作技能,提高教学满意度,值得在临床教学推广应用.
Objective To discuss the teaching discussion of disinfection and isolation and nursing intervention for patients with severe hepatitis.Methods A total of 90 new nurses from February 2018 to 2019 February were recruited to conduct research.Randomly arranged 45 cases were selected as the control group:traditional teaching method;the remaining 45 cases were classified as the study group:CBL(case-based)combined with PBL(Question-based)teaching method;compare teaching effects of the two groups.Results The theoretical and operational results of the two groups were compared.The research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the research group was 95.56%and 77.78%higher than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups were disinfected and isolated.No patient developed infection after nursing intervention.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,CBL combined with PBL teaching is more suitable for the teaching of disinfection and isolation and nursing intervention for patients with severe hepatitis.It can improve the knowledge of nursing staff,strengthen operation skills,and improve teaching satisfaction.It is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
