Application of CBL and PBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的 探讨胃肠外科教学中CBL结合PBL教学模式的应用与效果.方法 纳入2016年1月-2017年12月90名胃肠外科临床实习生以数字表法分组.常规教学方法组采用传统的临床教学方法,CBL+PBL教学模式组采用CBL+PBL教学模式法.比较两组胃肠外科教师对胃肠外科临床实习生胃肠外科理论知识、胃肠外科手术技能的考核评分;胃肠外科临床实习生对教学方式的评价.结果 CBL+PBL教学模式组胃肠外科教师对胃肠外科临床实习生胃肠外科理论知识、胃肠外科手术技能的考核评分高于常规教学方法组(P<0.05);CBL+PBL教学模式组胃肠外科临床实习生对教学方式的评价高于常规教学方法组(P<0.05).结论 胃肠外科教学中CBL+PBL教学模式法的运用效果确切,是一种值得推广和应用的教学模式,可提高胃肠外科临床实习生的胃肠外科理论知识、胃肠外科手术技能的考核成绩,提高实习生的认可度.

Objective To explore the application and effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,90 cases of gastrointestinal clinical trainees were enrolled and grouped by digital table.The conventional teaching method group uses the traditional clinical teaching method,and the CBL+PBL teaching mode group uses the CBL+PBL teaching mode method.Compare the evaluation scores of gastrointestinal surgery internship theoretical knowledge and gastrointestinal surgery skills between the two groups of gastrointestinal surgery teachers;the evaluation of teaching methods by clinical gastrointestinal surgery intern.Results The CBL+PBL teaching mode group's gastrointestinal surgery teachers'evaluation scores of gastrointestinal surgery theoretical knowledge and gastrointestinal surgery skills were higher than those of the conventional teaching method group(P<0.05);CBL+PBL teaching mode group gastrointestinal surgery clinical trainees'evaluation of teaching methods was higher than that of the conventional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL+PBL teaching method in gastrointestinal surgery teaching is effective,and it is a teaching mode worthy of promotion and application.It can improve the theoretical knowledge and gastrointestinal surgery skills of clinical internship in gastrointestinal surgery evaluation results and improve the recognition of interns.
