Relevant Factors Affecting Blood Sample Test Quality and Control Measures

目的 对影响血液标本检验质量的相关因素进行分析,并制定针对性的管控措施.方法 对该医院检验科2018年12月-2019年10月采集的300份血液样本进行回顾性分析,着重对血液样本的检验质量进行分析.结果所研究血液样本中,38份血液样本不合格,不合格样本率为12.67%.结论 对该次研究的血液样本进行分析,探讨影响血液标本检验质量的相关因素,发现血液标本采集方式不当、采集的血量和抗凝剂加入量不合理等是影响血液样本检验质量的重要因素,临床检验中需要制定针对性措施,严格规范血液样本采集方法,制定完善的检验科工作制度,保障临床血液样本检验质量,更好地为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据.

Objective To analyze the relevant factors that affect the quality of blood specimen testing and develop targeted control measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 300 blood samples collected by the hospital laboratory from December 2018 to October 2019.The analysis focused on the quality of blood samples.Results In the blood samples studied,38 blood samples were unqualified,and the rate of unqualified samples was 12.67%.Conclusion The blood samples of this study were analyzed to explore the relevant factors that affect the quality of blood samples.It was found that improper collection of blood samples,the amount of blood collected and the irrational addition of anticoagulants were important factors affecting the quality of blood samples in clinical tests,it is necessary to formulate targeted measures,strictly standardize blood sample collection methods,develop a sound laboratory work system,ensure the quality of clinical blood sample tests,and better provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
