以往打击非医学需要的胎儿性别鉴定违法行为时,往往只瞄准医疗机构,或者摸排调查隐蔽的黑诊所等,但是现在非医学需要的胎儿性别鉴定的违法者有了更隐蔽的掩护体.该文通过对一起以"胎儿摄影"名义进行非医学需要的胎儿性别鉴定的案例分析,为今后打击新型"两非"违法行为提供参考.

In the past,when we cracked down on non-medical needs for fetal gender identification violations,we usually only aimed at medical institutions or investigating hidden illegal clinics,but now the offenders of non-medical needs for fetal gender identification have more cover.This article analyzes a case of non-medical fetal sex identification in the name of"fetal photography",and provides a reference for combating new types of"two non-"illegal acts in the future.
