作为检验科,要在服务上做到全程优质服务.在质量管理上树立质量是检验科的生命,与时俱进多开展同国内国际接轨新项目.满足临床的需要服务于临床,也要促临床的发展.主张人才强科战略(人性化管理)要懂质量控制,失控后的处理.对失控判断标准,最广泛公认是测定结果超出x±3SD范围即判定为失控.必须纠正,不然势必影响到临床诊断和治疗造成不良后果.如出现失控情况,应立即报告科主任.当天的该项目检验报告单不可填发,应立即查清原因纠正失控后方可填发当天报告.要制度化报告危急值报告范围,才能更好的服务于临床,提高医疗质量.

As a laboratory,we must provide high-quality services throughout the service.Establishing quality in quality management is the life of the inspection department,keeping pace with the times and launching new projects in line with domestic and international standards.Meeting the needs of the clinic serves the clinic and promotes its development.It is advocated that the strategy of strengthening the talents of human resources(humanized management)should understand the quality control and the treatment after losing control.As for the criterion of out of control,the most widely recognized is that if the measurement result exceeds the range of x±3SD,it is judged as out of control.It must be corrected,or it will inevitably affect the clinical diagnosis and treatment and cause adverse consequences.If out of control,report to the head of the section immediately.The project inspection report for the day cannot be issued,and the cause should be found out immediately to correct the out of control before the day report can be issued.It is necessary to institutionalize the reporting of critical value reports in order to better serve the clinic and improve the quality of medical treatment.
