摘要
随着我国医患纠纷事件频频爆出,医护人员的工作心态、职业道德发生不同的变化,很多医护人员现在的工作心态是"不求有功,但求无过",这种工作心态严重影响医院可持续发展,也会影响医院口碑、医院名声.因此,探寻一种有效管理方法,改变医院管理现状,激发医护人员工作热情,增强医护人员的工作责任心,促进医院进一步发展具有重要意义.该文简单阐述了激励机制在医院管理中的应用研究进展.
With the frequent outbreak of medical-patient disputes in China,the working mentality and professional ethics of medical staff have changed.Many medical staff's current working mentality is"not aiming at success,but do nothing wrong",which seriously affects the sustainable development of the hospital,and also affects the reputation and reputation of the hospital.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore an effective management method,change the current state of hospital management,stimulate the enthusiasm of the medical staff,enhance the sense of responsibility of the medical staff,and promote the further development of the hospital.This article briefly describes the research progress of the application of incentive mechanism in hospital management.
