微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用

Application of Mini-implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

目的探讨分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用。方法便利选取该院2017年11月-2019年7月收治的50例双颌前突患者,随机分为对照组(25例)和研究组(25例),给予对照组患者常规口腔正畸治疗,给予研究组患者微型种植体支抗正畸治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗效果。结果在给予两组患者不同治疗干预措施后,研究组患者的磨牙移位距离(3.75±0.28)mm、上中切牙凸距差(4.07±1.42)mm、上中切牙倾角差(26.45±4.32)°、等方面均显著优于对照组(6.14±0.59)mm、(2.18±1.01)mm、(12.58±2.57)°,差异有统计学意义(t=6.238、5.268、10.267,P<0.05);通过对两组患者不良反应进行比较分析,研究组患者不良反应发生率为8%;对照组患者不良反应发生率为40%;两组患者在不良反应发生率上差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.537,P<0.05)。结论给予正畸治疗患者微型种植体支抗具有显著效果,有助于改善患者磨牙移位距离、上中切牙倾角差以及上中切牙凸距差,且微型种植体支抗稳定性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application of mini-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods convenient selection of fifty patients with bimaxillary procession treated in the hospital from November 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and a study group(25 cases).The patients in the control group were given conventional orthodontic treatment.The patients in the study group were given micro-implant anchorage orthodontic treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After different treatment interventions were given to the two groups of patients,the molar displacement distance of the study group was(3.75±0.28)mm,the difference between the superior and incisor crowns was(4.07±1.42)mm,and the inclination difference of the superior and incisors was(26.45±4.32)°in the control group(6.14±0.59)mm,(2.18±1.01)mm,(12.58±2.57)°,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.238,5.268,10.267,P<0.05).By comparing and analyzing the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8%;the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 40%;there was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.537,P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-implant anchorage given to patients with orthodontic treatment has significant effects,which is helpful to improve the molar displacement distance,the difference between the inclination of the upper and middle incisors,and the convex crown of the upper and middle incisors,which is worth promotion and application.
