泌尿系结石腔镜碎石术后重症感染的治疗方案研究

Study on Treatment of Severe Infection after Urinary Calculi after Laparoscopic Lithotripsy

目的研究和分析泌尿系结石腔镜碎石术后重症感染的有效治疗方案。方法随机选取该院在2018年8月-2019年8月收治的30例患者作为该次课题研究对象,采用回顾性分析法进行研究,对比和观察两组患者术后感染控制情况以及治疗前后疼痛情况。结果对比所有与患者在接受治疗后的NRS(Numerical Rating Scale)评分低于治疗前,且患者治疗前后的NRS值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例患者治疗后体温、心率、C反应蛋白与治疗前相比均得到明显好转,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗泌尿系结石腔镜碎石术后重症感染时采取积极有效的治疗方案以及预后方案能够明显改善患者感染情况以及疼痛情况,因此值得在现代临床医学中广泛应用和推广。

Objective To study and analyze effective treatment options for severe infections after urinary calculi after laparoscopic lithotripsy.Methods Thirty patients admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the research object of this project.The retrospective analysis method was used to compare and observe the postoperative infection control status and pain condition before and after treatment of the two groups.Results The NRS(Numerical Rating Scale)scores of all patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the NRS values of patients before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;30 patients had body temperature,heart rate,C-reactive protein were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Active and effective treatment and prognosis can significantly improve the infection and pain of patients in the treatment of severe infections after urinary calculi and laparoscopic lithotripsy,so it is worthy of widespread application and promotion in modern clinical medicine.
