早期康复护理在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动中的作用

The Role of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Improving Motor Function and Daily Life Activities of Patients with Stroke and Hemiplegia

目的研究早期康复护理在提高脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动中的作用。方法方便选取2018年1-12月期间于该院进行治疗的脑卒中偏瘫464例患者,按随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,每组232例,对照组予患者常规护理,实验组予患者早期康复护理,对比两组患者肢体功能评分、生活自理能力、生存质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者经治疗后肢体功能评分、生活自理能力、生存质量评分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组不良反应发生率7.76%显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.585,P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理脑卒中偏瘫患者能改善患者肢体运动功能,提高患者生活自理能力,进而提高患者的生存质量,且安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the role of early rehabilitation nursing in improving motor function and daily life activities of patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 464 patients with stroke and hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were convenient selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 232 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the experimental group was given early rehabilitation and nursing care.The limb function scores,self-care ability,quality of life score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of limb function,self-care ability,and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.76%,which was significantly lower than the control group(χ^2=12.585,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke and hemiplegia can improve the patient's limb movement function,improve the patient's self-care ability,and then improve the patient's quality of life.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
