整体护理对卵巢癌患者术后生命质量和心理状态的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Holistic Nursing on Quality of Life and Psychological Status of Patients with Ovarian Cancer after Operation

目的探究整体护理对卵巢癌患者术后生命质量和心理状态的影响。方法便利择取2017年6月-2019年9月期间该院收治的68例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组患者护理前后的心理状态,同时应用EORTC生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30评定两组患者术后生命质量。结果观察组患者护理后SAS(55.42±2.36)分及SDS(47.53±2.41)分评分均低于对照组(60.31±2.42)分、(54.37±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.435、11.799,P<0.05);观察组患者护理后角色功能(78.62±2.35)分、躯体功能(84.48±2.52)分、认知功能(90.12±2.47)分、情绪功能(86.36±2.53)分、社会功能(73.26±2.41)分高于对照组(70.48±3.25)分、(76.32±2.43)分、(84.11±3.62)分、(74.14±2.64)分、(65.36±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.835、13.592、18.362、19.487、12.860,P<0.05)。结论整体护理的实施可以有效改善卵巢癌手术的不良心理,提升其生命质量,对其康复有积极影响,故该种护理模式值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on the quality of life and psychological status of patients with ovarian cancer after surgery.Methods Sixty-eight patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2019 were convenient selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the numerical table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given holistic nursing care.The anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)were used to assess the psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 was used to evaluate the postoperative qol of the two groups.Results The SAS(55.42±2.36)points and SDS(47.53±2.41)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at(60.31±2.42)points,(54.37±2.37)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.435,11.799,P<0.05);The role function(78.62±2.35)points,physical function(84.48±2.52)points,cognitive function(90.12±2.47)points,emotional function(86.36±2.53)points,and social function(73.26±2.41)points in the observation group were higher than those after nursing.The control group was(70.48±3.25)points,(76.32±2.43)points,(84.11±3.62)points,(74.14±2.64)points,(65.36±2.65)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.835,13.592,18.362,19.487,12.860,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychology of ovarian cancer surgery,improve its quality of life,and have a positive impact on its rehabilitation.Therefore,this nursing mode is worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
