福建省高职院校学分银行建设研究

Research on the construction of school credit bank in Fujian Higher Vocational College

国家推广建设学分银行制度,经过几年来的探索和实践,部分省份学分银行建设工作已有成效。福建省积极响应国家相关文件精神,率先颁布了终身教育条例并成立了省学分银行委员会和部分高校联盟组织,终身教育学分银行的具体建设正在逐步落地。学分银行体系建设的关键核心是学分认证以及学分兑换的标准建设问题。文章以福建省为调研模板,以“二元制”项目为抓手,就福建省高职院校学分银行体系建设中的核心环节进行探析,结合福建省教育特色提出建议。

This year is the key year for China to promote the construction of credit banking system.After years of exploration and practice,the construction of credit banks in some provinces has achieved results.Fujian Province actively responds to the spirit of relevant national documents and takes a leading role in promulgating regulations on lifelong education and establishing provincial credit banking committee and some university alliance organizations.The construction of lifelong education credit bank is being implemented gradually,with the core task being the construction of credit certification and credit exchange standards.Empirical research has been conducted in Fujian Province,with"dual system"project as the starting point.Suggestions are made according to the investigation of core links in the construction of credit banking system,combining with the educational characteristics of Fujian Province.
