摘要
目的:探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在透明细胞肾细胞癌(ccRCC)组织中的表达及其在ccRCC发生发展中的作用。方法:收集40例ccRCC石蜡标本(ccRCC组)和20例慢性肾盂肾炎病理标本(对照组),采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生素蛋白-过氧化苯酶(SP)法检测2组标本CD147、EGFR及HIF-1α的表达,并应用Kruskai-Wallis H检验分析ccRCC组标本CD147、EGFR及HIF-1α表达强度与淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移和肿瘤分期之间的关系。结果:ccRCC组CD147、EGFR及HIF-1α阳性表达率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);随着ccRCC组患者病理分级和临床分期的增加,CD147、EGFR及HIF-1α的表达均增强,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:CD147、EGFR及HIF-1α在ccRCC组织中高表达,可能与肿瘤转移相关。
Objective:To investigate the expressions of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)in clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)tissues and their role in ccRCC development.Methods:40 ccRCC paraffin samples(ccRCC group)and 20 chronic pyelonephritis pathological samples(control group)were collected.The expression of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1αin two groups was detected by immunohistochemical streptomycin antibiotic protein-peroxidase(SP)assay,and the relationship between CD147,EGFR and HIF-1αexpression intensity and lymph node metastasis,distant organ metastasis and tumor staging was analyzed by Kruskai-Wallis H test.Results:The positive expression rate of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1αin ccRCC group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1αincreased with the increase of pathological grade and clinical stage in ccRCC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:CD147,EGFR and HIF-1αare highly expressed in ccRCC tissues and may be associated with tumor metastasis.
