中国周边跨境语言研究国际学术话语权的构建

On Constructing International Academic Discourse Power for Studies on Cross-border Languages along the Borders of China

"跨境语言"指的是在两个或两个以上不同的国家使用的同一种语言。我国分布有数十种跨境语言,这些语言是维护国家战略和安全的重要资源,对其进行调查和研究意义重大。构建中国周边跨境语言研究国际学术话语权,既有必要性,也有可行性,要通过提升学术实力,坚持田野调查,设置国际议题,做好国际传播等来实现,以提升中国语言学研究,尤其是中国周边跨境语言研究在国际语言学界的学术地位和影响力。

The term"cross-border language"refers to the linguistic phenomenon that the same language is used by two or more neighboring countries.There are scores of cross-border languages spoken in China and its neighboring countries.These languages are important resources for maintaining China’s national strategy and security.It is of great significance to conduct investigations into and studies on them.It is also necessary and feasible to construct the international academic discourse power for studies on these languages.By promoting academic strengths,conducting fieldwork,setting up internati-onal topics and enhancing international communication,Chinese linguists might be able to level up the academic position and influence of Chinese language,especially cross-border language studies in the international academic linguistic circles.
