中文纳入“一带一路”沿线国家国民教育体系的特征、挑战与对策 被引量:32

摘要 "一带一路"沿线国家重视语言在促进民心相通中的重要作用,已有多国主动将中文纳入国民教育体系。中文纳入"一带一路"沿线国家国民教育体系具有纳入层次集中于基础教育阶段、进入形式多为开设中文课程、课程设置以选修为主等主要特征,面临着纳入进度不一、教育延续性弱、教育资源适配度偏低和孔子学院/课堂的助力作用发挥不够充分等现实挑战。为此,本文认为将中文纳入"一带一路"沿线国家国民教育体系,应加强中外政策沟通与对接、服务沿线国家中文需求、重视中文纳入成效、促进科技赋能中文教育。 Countries along the"Belt and Road"appreciate the important role of language in promoting people-to-people communication.Many countries have taken the initiative to incorporate Chinese language into the national education system.The integration of Chinese language into the national education systems of countries along the"Belt and Road"shows several characteristics.The integration is mainly in the basic education stage;most of countries run Chinese language courses;and the Chinese courses are mainly elective.The integration faces the practical challenges of inconsistent rate of integrating progress,weak continuity of Chinese language teaching,low degree of educational resource adaption and insufficient exploration of the supporting role of Confucius Institute/classroom.In the new era,integration of Chinese language into the national education system of the countries along the"Belt and Road"should enhance the communication and coordination on policies between China and foreign countries,service the demand for Chinese language in countries along the"Belt and Road",value the effectiveness of integration and promote science and technology to empower Chinese language education.
