美国中文学习者低龄化现象的成因及对策建议 被引量:4

摘要 海外中文学习者低龄化是国际中文教育发展的新现象,标志着国际中文教育进入了新阶段。驱动美国中文学习者低龄化趋势的因素来自内外两个方面:美国培养全球化公民的外语教育政策的引领、美国本土中文教学机构等社会力量的助推和美国企业与民众对中文学习需求的增强是内部动因;中国国际地位和国家形象的日益提升、中美多领域多层次经贸合作的持续深入和语言文化传播机构以及交流项目积极助力是外部动因。基于此,本文提出建立培养美国中小学中文师资的长效机制、协同推动低龄化教学标准及教材的本土化供给和共同推出更多服务低龄群体的中文学习品牌项目的对策建议。 The younger-age trend marks a new stage of international Chinese language education.The factors are discussed from two perspectives.First,the inner reasons include the leading role of foreign language education policy in cultivating global citizens in the United States,active support from Chinese education institutions and organizations in the United States and the increasing demand of American enterprises and people for Chinese learning.Second,the outer reasons include China’s increasing international influence,continuous and deep-going economic and trade cooperation between China and the United States and great contribution from language and cultural communication institutions and exchange projects.Based on these analyses,feasible countermeasures are put forward,such as establishing long-term mechanism for jointly training Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools in the United States,jointly providing TCSL standards and teaching materials for young learner,and launching more brand projects of Chinese learning for young learners.
