摘要
综述了臭氧氧化技术在有色金属湿法冶金领域的研究进展和应用现状,重点介绍了其在贵金属、重金属、稀有金属及轻金属等有色金属领域的应用研究。详细探讨了臭氧的强氧化性对含金银等低品位金属矿和含硫、砷、碳等杂质较高的难冶金属矿的浸出,锑、镍、钴等低价态金属离子氧化沉淀,溶液净化除铁、锰等杂质的作用机理等。展望了臭氧氧化技术在有色金属湿法冶金领域的应用前景。
In this paper,the research progress and application of ozonation technology in hydrometallurgy of non-ferrous metals are reviewed,focusing on the fields of precious metals,heavy metals,rare metals,light metals,etc.Moreover,the mechanism of ozone oxidation on leaching of low-grade ores including gold and silver and refractory metal ores with high impurities such as sulfur,arsenic and carbon,oxidative precipitation of low-valent metal ions such as antimony,nickel and cobalt,and purification of solutions and removal of impurities such as iron and manganese are discussed in detail.In addition,the application prospects of ozonation technology in non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgy are forecasted.
