摘要
现有铜矿山磨机润滑控制系统设计存在运行缺陷。在高原恶劣环境中,容易受到失真信号干扰,系统不能自动判断信号良好情况,控制不及时、不准确,造成频繁停机的问题。应用模糊控制自动化技术手段,设计一种探寻最佳使用设定值,通过甄别处理而规避失真信号,有效避免因假性报警、故障造成频繁停机的大型磨机过程控制系统。使得生产设备运行更加稳定,提高设备运转率,降低劳动强度,提高生产安全系数,取得显著经济效益。该设计对现代数字化矿山及未来智能化矿山等自动化技术应用领域具有借鉴意义。
The existing design of mill lubrication control system in copper mines has defects in operation.It is easy to be disturbed by distorted signals when it is used in the harsh environment of plateau.The system cannot judge the good condition of signals automatically.The control is not accurate.It is imperative to design a large mill process control system which can find the best setting value,avoid distortion signal and frequent shutdown caused by false alarm and fault by using advanced automation technology such as fuzzy control.It makes the operation of the production equipment more stable,improves the operation rate of the equipment,reduces the labor intensity,improved the production safety factor,and obtains remarkable economic benefits.This design was of great significance in the application fields of modern digital mine and intelligent mine in the future.
