摘要 某铜冶炼厂采用火法炼铜工艺,年产高纯阴极铜30万t。为了综合回收电解精炼时阳极泥中的金、银、铂、钯、硒等稀贵金属建立了稀贵厂车间,年产300 t银锭,但是现有银锭产出后需要人工进行清洗、打标、质量判别、称重、堆垛等操作,存在工作效率低、工人劳动强度大、安防管理难度大等问题。因此有必要对其进行自动化和智能化改造,实现从银粒到银锭产品的全程无人化作业,提高工作效率,节约劳动成本,实现减员增效。 A copper smelter has an annual output of 300000 tons of high purity cathode copper using the smelting process.In order to recover gold,silver,platinum,palladium,selenium and other rare metals in anode mud comprehensively during electrolytic refining,a rare and precious metal plant workshop has been established with an annual output of 300 tons of silver ingots.However,the existing silver ingots need manual cleaning,marking,quality assessment,weighing,stacking and other operations after they are produced.There are problems such as low working efficiency,high labor intensity and difficult security management.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out automation and intelligent transformation to realize unmanned operation from silver grain to silver ingot products,improve work efficiency,save labor cost,and realize staff reduction and efficiency.
