全自动剥锌机振打机理分析与试验研究

Analysis and experimental research on rapping mechanism of automatic zinc stripping machine

摘要 根据全自动剥锌机组在工业生产上的使用情况,通过分析其振打设备中活塞钎杆模型的振打机理,分析振打锤敲击阴极板面的应力传递关系,初选振打锤基本参数,重新设计振打设备。通过工业试验,采用单因素控制变量法,试验分析振打次数、气压压强、锤心至锌片上边缘的距离,以及这三个因素对振打效果的影响。结果可为今后同类型设备的优化设计提供参考和依据。 According to application of the full-automatic zinc stripper in industrial production,by analyzing the rapping mechanism of the piston drill model in the rapping equipment and the stress transfer relationship between the hammer and the cathode plate surface,the basic parameters of the hammer are primarily selected and the rapping equipment is redesigned.Through the industrial test,the single factor control variable method is used to analyze the impact of three factors on the rapping effect such as the number of rapping,the pressure of air pressure and the distance between the hammer center and the upper edge of zinc sheet.It provides reference and basis for the optimization design of the same type of equipment in the future.
