摘要 以进口原油罐底油泥为研究对象,通过分析油泥的基本组成和油泥中原油的组分及性质,制备出五种破乳剂,并研究破乳剂种类、用量、温度和作用时间对破乳效果的影响;同时研究离心温度、转速和时间对破乳效果的影响,通过详细的工艺实验,确定了破乳剂+离心处理方案的最佳工艺参数。在60℃下,使用0.2%的BKP-4破乳剂作用1 h,而后在6000 r/min下离心1 min,油泥破乳后的含水率可以降至1%以下,并且实验条件与工业实验较接近,为国内外油泥处理提供新的思路。 In this paper,the imported bottom sludge is taken as the research object.Through analyzing the basic composition,components and properties of crude oil in sludge,five kinds of demulsifiers are prepared,and the effects of demulsifier type,dosage,action temperature and time,centrifugation temperature,rotation speed and time on demulsification are studied.Through detailed process experiments,the optimum parameters of the demulsifier and centrifugal treatment process are determined.The moisture content can be reduced to less than 1%after treating with 0.2%BKP-4 demulsifier at 60℃for 1 hour,and then centrifuging at 6000 rad for 1 minute,and the experimental conditions are close to industrial experiments.This paper provides new ideas for sludge treatment at home and abroad.
