马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者的效果

Clinical effects of Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets on patients with H-type hypertension

目的:观察马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者的效果。方法:选取142例H型高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各71例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合叶酸片治疗,观察组给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。比较两组治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、血压指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组血浆同型半胱氨酸、收缩压、舒张压水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者可降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及收缩压、舒张压,其效果优于苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合叶酸片治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets on H-type hypertension.Methods:142 patients with H-type hypertension were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,71 cases in each.The control group was given Amlodipine besylate tablets combined with Folic acid tablets,while the observation group was given Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets.Then,the plasma homocysteine level,blood pressure index level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of plasma homocysteine,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets can reduce the levels of plasma homocysteine,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the patients with H-type hypertension.Moreover,it is superior to Amlodipine besylate tablets combined with Folic acid tablets.
