精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心护理人员中的应用效果

Application effects of fine management on nursing staffs of pharmacy intravenous admixture service

目的:观察精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心护理人员中的应用效果。方法:选取50名静脉用药调配中心护理人员为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各25名。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予精细化管理,比较两组不合理处方率、配制错误率、规格差错率、剂型差错率、标签制作消耗时间、取药消耗时间、排药消耗时间、核对消耗时间及配制所消耗时间。结果:观察组不合理处方率、配制错误率、规格差错率及剂型差错率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组标签制作、取药、排药、核对及配制所消耗时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理可提高静脉用药调配中心护理人员工作质量和效率,效果优于常规管理效果。

Objective:To explore application effects of fine management on nursing staffs of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods:50 nurses of PIVAS were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,25 cases in each.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given fine management.Then,the irrational prescription rate,formulation error rate,specification error rate,dosage form error rate,label making time,drug taking time,dispensing time,checking time and preparation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The irrational prescription rate,formulation error rate,specification error rate and dosage form error rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The label making time,drug taking time,dispensing time,checking time and preparation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fine management can improve the work quality and efficiency of the nursing staffs of PIVAS.Moreover,it is superior to routine management.
