窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆治疗龋齿患儿的效果

Effects of pit and fissure sealing combined with Fluor protector on children with dental caries

目的:观察窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆治疗龋齿患儿的效果。方法:选取86例龋齿患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予窝沟封闭术治疗,观察组给予窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗2年后龋均值、邻面龋发生率及封闭剂脱落情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2年后龋均值小于对照组,邻面龋发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组封闭剂脱落率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆治疗儿童龋齿患儿可提高治疗总有效率,降低龋发生率和封闭剂脱落率的效果优于单纯窝沟封闭术治疗效果。

Objective:To observe effects of pit and fissure sealing combined with Fluor protector on children with dental caries.Methods:86 children with dental caries were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group was given pit and fissure sealing,while the observation group was given pit and fissure sealing combined with Fluor protector.Then,the treatment effects,the 2-year average caries value,the incidence of adjacent caries and the loss of sealant were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than the control group of 79.07%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 2-year average caries value in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the incidence of adjacent caries was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of loss of sealant in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pit and fissure sealing combined with Fluor protector for the children with dental caries can increase the overall effective rate,and reduce the incidence of caries and the rate of sealant loss.Moreover,it is superior to single pit and fissure sealing.
