糖类抗原19-9、肿瘤异常蛋白和D-二聚体在胰腺癌诊断中的价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum CA19-9,Tumor Abnormal Protein and D-Dimer in the Patients with Pancreatic Cancer

目的通过分析血清糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)和D-二聚体水平,评估三者在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法收集2019年1月至12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的76例初诊胰腺癌患者,并以同期收治的60例健康体检者作为对照,观察血清CA19-9、TAP和D-二聚体水平在胰腺癌中单独诊断及联合诊断的敏感性、特异性及受试者工作特征曲线的曲线下面积(AUC)。结果胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9、TAP和D-二聚体水平均高于健康体检者(P均<0.05)。CA19-9、TAP和D-二聚体单独及三者联合诊断胰腺癌的敏感性分别为0.826、0.784、0.837、0.911,特异性分别为0.716、0.691、0.666、0.929,AUC分别为0.889、0.718、0.800、0.911。结论CA19-9、TAP和D-二聚体在胰腺癌患者中的表达水平均较高,联合诊断可以提高对胰腺癌的诊断效能。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),tumor abnormal protein(TAP)and D-Dimer in the patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods Seventy-six patients with pancreatic cancer and 60 healthy persons were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to December 2019.The sensitivity,specificity and area under curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic curve of CA19-9,TAP,D-Dimer were observed.Results The serum levels of CA19-9,TAP and D-Dimer of the patients with pancreatic cancer were higher than those of the healthy persons(P<0.05).The sensitivity to CA19-9,TAP,D-Dimer separate diagnosis and combinod diagnosis were respectively 0.826,0.784,0.837,0.911;the specificity to CA19-9,TAP,D-Dimer separate diagnosis and combinod diagnosis are respectively 0.716,0.691,0.666,0.929;the AUC were respectively 0.889,0.718,0.800,0.948.Conclusion The serum levels of CA19-9,TAP and D-Dimer are higher in the patients with pancreatic cancer than healthy persons,and the combined diagnosis can enhance the sensitivity and specificity of pancreatic cancer.
