摘要
以黄淮海冬小麦种植区42个主栽小麦(Triticum aestivum)品种为受体,采用培养皿琼脂共培法,研究了雀麦(Bromus japonicus)对不同品种小麦根长、根干质量、芽长及芽干质量的影响,明确雀麦对不同小麦品种化感作用的差异,进而筛选出抗雀麦化感抑制能力强的小麦品种,为生态防控雀麦提供依据。结果表明,雀麦对不同小麦品种的根长、根干质量、芽长及芽干质量均有不同程度的化感作用,并且对不同品种小麦生长的影响具有明显的差异性。在小麦的生长过程中,其根部所受影响要大于芽。利用化感效应指数作为指标,采用聚类分析的方法,可将42个小麦品种按抗化感抑制能力的强弱分为强、中、弱3类,其中‘郑麦379’‘、郑麦9023’‘、周麦22’‘、郯麦98’不仅对雀麦有较强的化感抑制作用,同时也具有较强的抗雀麦化感抑制作用能力。
Using the equal -compartment agar method, we explored the allelopathy activity of Japanese brome (Bromus japonicus) to 42 main wheat varieties from Huang-Huai-Hai winter wheat growing areas by analyzing the influence on the root length, root dry weight, shoot height and shoot dry weight of test wheat and evaluate their against allelopathy activity to provide evidence for ecological control on Japanese brome. The experimental results showed that the Japanese brome has varying degrees of allelopathic effects on root length, root dry weight, shoot height and shoot dry weight of test wheat. It had different effects on test wheat growth and had greater effects on root than shoot. Using RI values as indicators of allelopathy, and clustering analysis, these varieties could be divided into three groups by the ability of against allelopathy activity. Combining with the previous results, we screened four varieties which not only had stronger allelopathic inhibition on Japanese brome but also could bear Japanese brome's allelopathic inhibition well. They were 'Zhengmai379';'Zhengmai9023','Zhoumai22';'Tanmai98'.
