转炉生产低磷钢的工艺研究与实践

摘要 唐山不锈钢公司针对高炉铁水条件,为实现超低磷钢种的稳定生产,根据脱磷热力学三高一低条件,开发研究了适用于不锈钢公司的低磷钢冶炼工艺,优化了自动化炼钢碱度模型,实现了碱度的动态控制,确保转炉终点P符合钢种成分要求。标准的补吹法,即主吹和补吹有效结合,主吹过程结束P达到较低的水平进行倒渣,重新造渣后再次吹炼,此工艺提高了终渣的碱度,最终使得超低磷钢种(成品P含量≤0.005%)的工艺开发及试生产顺利完成。 Tangshan stainless steel corporation in view of the condition of blast furnace hot metal,in order to achieve ultra-low phosphorus steel grade of stable production,according to three tall one low dephophorization thermodynamics condition,the smelting process of low phosphorus steel in stainless steel company was developed and studied,the basicity model of automated steelmaking is optimized,realizing the dynamic control of alkalinity,ensure that the final P of the converter meet the requirements of steel constituent.Standard supplementary blowing method,that is main blowing and supplementary blowing effectively combined,end of the main blowing process P reached a lower level to conduct slag pouring,again blowing after re-cast,the process improves the alkalinity of the final slag,finally bring process development and trial production of ultra-low phosphorus steel(P content≤0.005%)were successfully completed.
