摘要 在保证质量的前提下,为降低HRB400E盘螺钢的生产成本,对其化学成分及冷却工艺进行了优化。研究了轧后不同冷却条件对Φ10 mm HRB400E盘螺的金相组织与力学性能影响规律。通过控制轧制,调整斯太尔摩风机冷却工艺参数,设定合理的辊道速度和运行方式等措施改善盘螺性能,提高产品质量。结果表明,盘螺利用低锰化学成分设计,设置合理的精轧温度及吐丝温度,可以使屈服强度、抗拉强度、最大力下总伸长率均达到国家标准要求并实现了低成本生产。 In order to reduce the production cost of HRB400E coiled reinforced bar under the premise of quality assurance,the chemical composition and cooling process be optimized in this paper.Meanwhile,the effects of different coolingconditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HRB400Eφ10 mm coiled reinforced barwere studied.Some measures were taken to improve the quality of the coiled reinforced bar,such as controlling the rolling,adjusting the parameters of the air cooling process of Stelmor fan,setting the reasonable roller speed and operation mode.The results showed that when the low manganese content was designed,the reasonable rolling temperature and spinning temperature were set,the yield strength,tensile strength,and the total elongation at maximum force of coiled reinforced barcan meet the requirements of national standards well,and low cost production was realized.
